Identify the product
Our store supplies digital Magento extensions. Each product page identifies the module and SKU. For a report, include the module name, SKU, installed package version, Magento version, affected environment, description and date of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card data or unnecessary customer records. Redact personal data from logs.
Installation and use precautions
- Check the product documentation and compatibility information before installation or an upgrade.
- Back up files and the database and test on a staging environment before changing a production store.
- Restrict administrative access and protect credentials. Keep Magento and installed extensions updated.
- Configure forms, email, tracking and stored customer data in accordance with your own privacy and security duties.
- If a module causes a serious malfunction or suspected unsafe behaviour, stop the affected feature where practical and contact us.
