A dedicated development team gives your product consistent engineering capacity without building every role in-house. Magedia assembles developers who work exclusively on your project and collaborate with your stakeholders as part of your delivery process.
When a dedicated team is a good fit
This model works well when you have an ongoing roadmap, evolving priorities or a product that needs sustained development. It is also useful when your internal team needs additional capacity or expertise for a defined workstream. If your requirements and final deliverable are already fixed, a scoped project may be a better fit.
How the team works
We learn about your product, goals, technology and current workflow, then agree on team composition and responsibilities. The team works exclusively on your project, coordinates with your people and follows the delivery approach agreed together. You get continuity and focus as the product develops.
- Team composition aligned to your project needs
- Developers dedicated exclusively to your project
- Collaboration with your product and technical stakeholders
- Agreed delivery routines, priorities and progress updates
- Support for web, eCommerce, PHP and mobile development needs
From onboarding to ongoing delivery
We start with a discussion of your roadmap and current constraints. After agreeing on responsibilities and ways of working, the team gets familiar with your product and begins with prioritized tasks. We review collaboration and capacity as your needs change.
