Delete Your Player Account

    This page explains how players can delete their player account and the data associated with it in mobile games published by Magedia, including Smash Blocks (com.magedia.smashblocks).

    How to request deletion

    Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Delete my player account and include:

    • the name of the game;
    • your in-game player ID, shown in the game under Settings;
    • the email address or store account used to play, so we can verify the request.

    We only act on a request once we can confirm it comes from the account owner. If we cannot verify ownership, we will ask you for more details before deleting anything.

    What is deleted

    • your player profile and player ID;
    • game progress, levels, scores and leaderboard entries;
    • in-game settings and preferences;
    • advertising and analytics identifiers linked to your account;
    • support correspondence connected to the account.

    What we keep, and why

    • Purchase and tax records. Where a purchase was made, we keep the transaction record for as long as accounting and tax law requires. These records are not used to re-create your player profile.
    • Anonymised and aggregated statistics. Data that can no longer be linked back to you or your device may be retained.
    • Fraud, security and dispute records. Kept only where we are legally required or permitted to do so, and only for as long as needed.

    How long it takes

    We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, including removal from backups as they rotate out. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is done.

    Before you ask us to delete

    Deletion is permanent. Game progress, in-game currency and items cannot be restored afterwards, and purchases are not refunded by deleting the account. Deleting your player account does not cancel any subscription held with Google Play — manage that in the Google Play store.
